Billing & Cancellation Policy
Payment & Invoicing Terms
Setup fees ($2,500) cover custom configuration and kickoff. Recurring care ($99/mo) covers hosting, maintenance, and system updates.
Cancellation & Offboarding
Clients on the $99/mo plan may cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Upon cancellation, client retains full ownership of domain and public site exports, while hosted portal access is suspended.
DNS & Third-Party Authorization
Client grants Business Rocket staff temporary delegation authority to configure DNS records for domain mapping and Google Workspace routing.
